This project was a total refurbishment to a bungalow, with a new side and back extension. The job was our first in 2018.

Franklin & McKenna built our new extension and were fantastic from start to finish. It was our first time having a large amount of building work done so we didn’t know where to start. With the Franklin & McKenna team they project managed and carried out all the work for us, making sure we were happy with everything every step of the way.

They arranged specialist tradesmen where needed (underfloor heating, installing oil tank, electrician, roofing, etc.); sourced all windows & doors and installed them, as well as arranging building control to come and sign off their work.

Our extension was built and finished to an amazingly high standard and we cannot recommend Franklin & McKenna enough.
